March is finally here and we can’t wait for spring to begin. Yay allergies!
This is also the perfect time to talk about nothing more than…wait for it…diversity in the workplace. The past few weeks brought us a number of developments for and against diversity, so we think it is the perfect time to give it a go.
Stick with us during the month and hear all we have to say about how you can benefit from working with different people. Up for the challenge?
This is what we’re aiming for:
It’s a small world after all
We’re starting the month with an up close view of the different types of diversity in the workplace and a clear understanding of why this is an important topic in today’s world. Why should companies hire people from different geographies and/or educational backgrounds? How can they impact the company and employees’ growth?
Get all the answers you’ve been looking for and share your opinions with us. We promise not to byte.
Online Meetup: Why diversity in tech matters
To give this topic a real shake we’ll top it off with an online meetup about the importance of diversity and inclusion in the tech industry. Join us and hear our speakers’ experiences and know all about what they have to say on why diversity in tech is so important; what is behind the inclusion and diversity gap in tech; and what we can do about it. We’ll give more info about it soon but you can register now here.
Thinking about relocating to Portugal? We’re partnering up with Moviinn and creating an all-you-need-to-know infographic about Visas and what you need to do to move to Portugal and start working there. We’ll cover all options and even show you how much time it takes to get the paperwork done.
Hold on to your seat and stay tuned for more info(graphic).

We’ll let you know more about it soon.
And that’s it! This month we have a lot to cover and we want you to have the scoop on everything.
